What to expect
Each class starts off with warming up the body, then progresses on to traditional yoga poses which then often gets mixed with some conventional toning exercises. We spend some time stretching out the muscles before enjoying our meditation.
Things to bring
Make sure you wear something you can move comfortably in such as sweat pants, stretchy pants or very baggy pants. As for your top, pretty much anything except lose t-shirts as this will most likely fall over your head at some point!
If you decide to join it is ideal to bring your own yoga mat, and you'll probably want a bottle of water with you.
Class Times
Classes are held on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 6pm-7pm.
The monthly fee is R280, of which you have an average of 8 classes per month. That is an incredible value at R35 per class, making the wonderful health benefits of yoga available to everyone!
